What is Nutritional Therapy?
Good nutrition is a sound basis for optimum health. The focus of Nutritional Therapy is the adaption of an individual diet & lifestyle with the aim of achieving better health, and with it a greater sense of well-being.
There is no such thing as a "typical" client. We are all individuals and the way we digest and process nutrients varies. Our individuality also means we have different dietary requirements. Age, gender, lifestyles, genetics, our food preferences and our medical background are all factors which can influence our nutritional needs. I work with each clients to make realistic changes to their diets, recognising that each person has unique requirements and taking time to define a personalised nutrition plan, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach
